I have spent more than twenty years working in hospitality technology and SaaS, supporting teams that range from boutique hotels to multi-property groups. Across all those years, one thing became clear. Smaller hospitality organisations often know exactly where they want to improve, but they rarely have the time, resources, or specialist support to make those improvements stick.
That insight is what led me to create Phare IQ.
My work is grounded in practical experience. I wish to help small hotels and service focused operators understand their options, design better workflows, and introduce intelligent tools in a way that fits their reality. No large projects.
