General Terms and Conditions (GTC) / Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Phare IQ and customers for digital services and consulting services.

2. contract conclusion
A contract is concluded when the supplier confirms the customer's order by email.

3. Services
Digital services and consulting services in accordance with the service description.


4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices including VAT. Payment in advance by credit card, PayPal or invoice.

5. Rights of use for digital content
Simple, non-transferable rights of use. No transfer without consent.


6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy). Early termination is possible with express consent.

7. Liability
Liability is unlimited only for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dortmund. The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the contract.

Diese AGB gelten für alle Verträge zwischen Phare IQ und Kund:innen über digitale Dienstleistungen und Beratungsleistungen.

2. Vertragsabschluss
Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn der Anbieter die Bestellung des Kunden per E-Mail bestätigt.

3. Leistungen
Digitale Dienstleistungen und Beratungsleistungen entsprechend der Leistungsbeschreibung.

4. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise sind Endpreise inkl. MwSt. Zahlung im Voraus per Kreditkarte, PayPal oder Rechnung.

5. Nutzungsrechte an digitalen Inhalten
Einfache, nicht übertragbare Nutzungsrechte. Keine Weitergabe ohne Zustimmung.

6. Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher:innen haben ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht (siehe Widerrufsbelehrung). Vorzeitiges Erlöschen möglich bei ausdrücklicher Zustimmung.

7. Haftung
Haftung unbeschränkt nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Für einfache Fahrlässigkeit nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.

8. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Dortmund. Unwirksamkeit einzelner Bestimmungen berührt den Vertrag nicht.
